Jumpman!

Jumpman is a freeware game which you should download. It starts simple, and slowly becomes more complex and challenging. It's a great deal of fun, if a bit aggravating due to the difficulty of the later levels.

oh and its for pc and mac and linux and if you find fullscreen mode annoying you can turn that off in options
