These guys are pretty straightforward to play. You know how to play a human as you are one, so you'll only need to know a few things.
The strength of all the other creatures comes from disciplines or animalistic feats but humans have one thing the others do not: emotion. When a human is struck emotionally, they get a -1 to all difficulties until their troubles end.
In order to regain focus, humans can meditate. Along with -1 difficulty to all emotional rolls, humans have specialties.
Sniper - 1 FP, a long range shot has the difficulty -3
Acrobat - 1 FP, any acrobatic feat is instant success, the player does not need to roll
Memories - 2 FP, bring about an emotional state when there isn't one and all rolls for the next 4 turns are -1 difficulty
Hunter - 1 FP, can cloak themselves in the surroundings so that they cannot be visually detected.
Pressure - 5 FP, all actions are instant successes for 2 turns.
